On fulfillment of obligations on Eurobonds of the Republic of Belarus (Belarus-2026 and Belarus-2031) on August 24, 2022

The Ministry of Finance informs.

In the context of the continued inability of the Western settlement and clearing infrastructure to ensure that the payments are made to all holders of the Eurobonds of the Republic of Belarus, as well as the sanctions restrictions that apply to the National Bank as the financial agent of the Government of the Republic of Belarus, the next coupon payments on Eurobonds of the Republic of Belarus (Belarus-2026 and Belarus- 2031) in total amount of 38.6 million US dollars in equivalent have been made on August 24, 2022 in full in accordance with the previously adopted temporary procedure for the execution of external government debt obligations (Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus and the National Bank of the Republic of Belarus dated April 6, 2022 No. 212/10 " On Temporary Measures for the Fulfillment of External State Debt Obligations” (as amended by Resolution No. 413/15 of June 28, 2022).

The payments have been made at the expense of funds in foreign currency by transferring to a special bank account with JSC "ASB Belarusbank" in Belarusian rubles.

Access to these funds is provided for the Paying agent specified in the issuance documentation - Citibank N.A. London Branch (currently acting as a Registrar, Fiscal, Paying and Transfer agent).
